he ceremonial opening of the cross Russian-Austrian year of music took place in Vienna. Alla Manilova, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, and Mikhail Shvydkoy, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation, attended the ceremony, which was held at the Russian Embassy.
Russia’s ambassador to Austria, Dmitry Lyubinsky, summed up the ended Russian-Austrian tourism year, pointing out that the year of music will be its logical continuation. Welcoming the opening of the year of music, Mikhail Shvydkoy noted something in common that unites art and politics.
It seems that today the leaders of Austria and Russia are writing the right notes, so it will be easy for us to find.
